The Skywalk Tour is designed to cater to everyone.
The SkyWalk is an opportunity to experience more about of the bungy jumping operation and learn about the construction of the bridge.
The SkyWalk starts with some general information and an awe inspiring view of the Bloukrans River Gorge and the massive expanse of the arch Bridge where the Bungy takes place.
The tour then moves to the museum. Here you will learn more about the history of Bloukrans Bungy jumping operation and its influence on Bungy jumping in Southern Africa. We also delve into the amazing engineering used to build this mega structure.
Included in the tour is the exhilarating experience of walking on the suspended walkway 216 meters above the Bloukrans River. It is bolted to the underside of the road deck and leads out to the top of the arch where the bungy jumping takes place.
For those brave enough we offer an optional “lean out”. This entails having a full body harness fitted, connecting to two safety lines and stepping up to the edge of the bridge. Whilst secured to the safety lines, you get the chance to lean out over the edge.

Wir waren mit einer Reisegruppe aus Deutschland an der Bloukrans Bridge. Da keiner von uns den Bungee Jump gewagt hatte, haben wir uns fur den alternativen Skywalk entschieden. Das war fur alle ein tolles Erlebnis und man kann das absolut weiter empfehlen. Die Aussicht von der Brucke ist phantastisch und man erlebt dann sogar hautnah mit, wenn die Jumper den Sprung in die Tiefe wagen. Wirklich toll und der Gang uber die Brucke, bzw. unterhalb der Brucke, einer Hangebrucke ahnlich, sorgt auch fur eine kleinere Gansehaut. Insgesamt ist man eine gute Stunde unterwegs und erfahrt zudem vom dem sehr freundlichen Guide alles uber die Entstehung dieser phantastischen Brucke. - Thomas Kalt
A very scary but lovely experience ?. EVERYONE was super friendly and welcoming. The only downside of our experience was the weather, it was raining and misty so we couldn't see the views from up the bridge as well as we wanted. However, the skywalk and the hangout was fun and exciting. We got to see the more brave people bungee, maybe one day we'll have the liver to be brave too ?. What a lovely experience, after completing the sky walk, I am more than confident to return to do the bungy. The views are spectacular and the experience is thrilling however enjoyable. The staff are inviting, vibey and extremely professional. My partner and I felt very safe in their hands, my partner did the bungy. Equipment well maintained and safety measures are followed to the tee. Overall a 10/10 must do! - Amber Smith
My daughter and I both had a different activity. While she took all her nerves together and made the jump, I did the Skywalk. I used to work on huge heights so know about the safety regulations. I must say the staff at Bloukrans is very professional using the required four eyes principle to check all the safety gear when you are strapped in. It gives an absolute feeling that things are under control and safe. The Skywalk might for some be a fear as well as it is a long way looking down in the canyon to the river while just hanging over the edge. But it was a great experience and allowed me to she my daughter doing the jump down. - Maurice Hoeneveld

After the training, we take a journey through the quaint Stormsriver Village and follow one of a selection of routes among cool pine forest and indigenous forest. If you are up for more, join us on the 2 hour tour we take a journey through the quaint Stormsriver Village and further into the forest.
Included in the 1 hour Segway tour is a 15-20 minute training session on our training course as part of your 1 hour Segway experience. After the training we take a journey through the quaint Stormsriver Village and follow one of a selection of routes among cool pine forest and indigenous forest. Introduction training is provided before embarking on the tour. Departure times may vary due to booking commitments.

The Segway PT (Personal Transporter) is exceptionally easy and safe to use. Before each tour, guests receive a comprehensive orientation by an experienced official Segway trainer. This training takes between 15 and 20 minutes per group and covers important safety and operational procedures.
Before the tour embarks, the guide ensures that everyone is 100% comfortable on the Segway PT. An obstacle course will enable the riders to practice and build confidence before the tour starts.
Pickups/Transfers is subject to availability and at an extra cost.

It was our first time on Segway but we were instructed well and it was super easy to get the hang of.
